Villa no.1 and no. 3 is two bedroom, and they are located 100 meters from the golden sandy beach of Protaras called Flamingo bay. Guests can walk to the beach without crossing any roads. They can either walk on the grass area between two hotels or walk on the sidewalk of the road going to the beach.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. They can sleep 2 persons on a king bed in the master bedroom, another 2 persons on the two single beds in the other bedroom and also camp beds are provided for a fifth or even a sixth person who would like to sleep in the living room or in any of the two bedrooms.
It is clearly stated that the maximum adults should be 4 and the others should be children. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a wash basin, and a toilet.
Downstairs there is a very confortable kithen with gas rings and electric oven, a washing machine and all the cooking utensils needed to cook in.
A big table with 6 chairs is also available. Next to the kitchen is the living room with confortable armchairs and a T.V. Outside there is a veranda with a table and 4 chairs.
Air-conditioning is included in the price and there are only in the bedrooms. Guests can use the facilities of our hotel located next to the villas and is called Trizas hotel apartments at no extra charge.
